1. Registration and Payment / 报名与付款

All course registrations are subject to availability and payment confirmation. Course fees and relevant details will be displayed before payment.

所有课程报名均以名额及付款确认为准。课程费用及相关信息将在付款前明确展示。

2. Participant Cancellation / 学员取消报名

Participants may request cancellation by contacting us in writing.

学员可以通过书面方式申请取消报名，退款安排如下：

课程开始前14天或以上取消：全额退款。

课程开始前7至13天取消：退还50%课程费用。

课程开始前不足7天取消：原则上不予退款。

未出席或课程开始后退出：原则上不予退款。

以上安排不影响消费者依法享有的权利。

3. Rescheduling / 延期参加

Participants unable to attend may request to transfer their registration to a future session, subject to availability and written approval.

无法按期参加的学员，可申请延期至后续课程，具体视名额及书面确认情况而定。

4. Cancellation by EstDao / 主办方取消课程

If EstDao Limited cancels a course, participants may choose a full refund or transfer to another available session.

如主办方取消课程，学员可选择全额退款或转至其他可报名场次。

5. Refund Processing / 退款处理

Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method. Actual receipt times depend on the payment provider.

经批准的退款通常将在7至14个工作日内通过原支付渠道处理，实际到账时间取决于支付服务商。
